Cooking Classes focused on Healthy Eating & Nutrition
We deliver bespoke classes to support cooking healthy meals on a budget, nutrition workshops, Healthy Start uptake and more
We provide a range of courses to groups within our Preston Community.
We are proud to work with the Preston Syrian Refugee Project and Edith Rigby House providing Food Hygiene training to help support their training and accredited skills to help towards gaining employment.

Here at The Larder we bring our Kids In the Kitchen programme in to the homes of families so they can enjoy cooking make healthy & nutritious meals from scratch and eating together.
We provide recipes, videos and ingredients to families across Preston, to encourage all the family to enjoy cooking and sharing a meal together using delicious local produce.
As part of our new campaign to Lean Into Local and encourage Preston to support local business and producers we have a massive Preston Cook Along on Thursday 12th November 2020
With more than 250 households taking part, its definitely the weather for a delicious home cooked Lancashire Hot pot
